1.Open Settings

From your iPhone home screen, tap the grey Settings app (⚙️).

2. Navigate to Mail

Tap Apps (iOS 18+) then Mail, or scroll directly to Mail (iOS 17 and earlier).

3. Tap Accounts

Inside Mail settings, tap Mail Accounts (iOS 18) or Accounts (iOS 17). Then tap Add Account.

4. Select Google

From the list of providers, tap Google.

5. Sign In

Enter your Gmail address and tap Next. Enter your password and tap Next again.

6. Allow Access

Google may prompt you to allow Apple Mail access — tap Allow to confirm.

7. Choose What to Sync

Toggle on Mail (and optionally Contacts, Calendars, Notes). Tap Save.

8. Verify in Mail

Open the Mail app — your Gmail inbox should now appear.
